Description

As a Functional Tester specializing in Data Warehouse Testing, you will be responsible for validating the integrity, accuracy, and performance of data warehouse solutions. You will work closely with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to ensure that data processing, transformation, and storage meet business requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute test cases to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
    Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Informatica, Talend, or SQL scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
    Perform data validation, data integrity checks, and data profiling to ensure accuracy and consistency across the data warehouse.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
    Conduct performance testing and tuning of data warehouse queries and processes to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
