Description

The Generative AI Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing generative AI models to enhance data analytics capabilities. This role involves researching and applying advanced machine learning techniques, collaborating with data scientists and engineers, and driving innovation in AI-driven data analytics solutions.

Responsibilities
  • • Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for various applications within the data analytics domain.
    • Experiment with and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, including deep learning and neural network architectures.
    • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
    • Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
    • Conduct research to explore new methodologies and techniques that can enhance the company's AI capabilities.
    • Work with large datasets to preprocess and analyze data, identifying patterns and insights that inform AI model development.
    • Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability for AI projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
    • Lead AI-focused projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
    • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
    • Evaluate the performance of generative AI models using appropriate metrics and benchmarks.
    • Continuously improve models through iterative testing and refinement.
    • Implement mechanisms for model monitoring and maintenance to ensure long-term reliability.
    • Ensure that AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Address potential biases and ensure fairness in AI-driven decision-making processes.
Skills
  • • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
    • Strong background in statistics, probability, and algorithm design.
    • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Deep understanding of generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and other neural network architectures.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage AI projects from conception to deployment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
