Description

• 3+ years of UX analysis experience
• Experience in creating user personas
• Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or similar role, designing for web and mobile
applications
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Axure, Balsamiq)
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
• Experience in designing online applciations with emphasis in the emotional aspects of human experience
• Experience conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps,
user flows, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

Responsibilities
  • • Experience designing the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience,
    iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing
    • Experience facilitating the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and usertesting experiences for digital products and optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
    • Experience making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
    • Experience gathering user feedback to configure existing interfaces
    • Experience implementing/integrating AI capabilities like recommendations, chatbot etc. into existing applications
    • A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines, managing competing priorities and client relationship
    management experience
Skills
  • • Translate business and data requirements into specifications sufficient for designing appropriate technology
    solutions, leveraging processes such as prototyping design and research workshops.
    • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
    • Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in user experience.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and designs to improve user experience.
    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement changes and improvements.
    • Perform usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of user experience changes.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices related to user experience.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate user experience to identify areas for ongoing improvement.
