VCreaTek engaged with engineering and MBA students at JSPM University Pune for a focused session on aligning academia, corporate readiness, and entrepreneurship in today’s technology-driven world. 

The interaction reflected a clear shift in student mindset. The conversation is no longer limited to securing jobs, but is increasingly centered around staying relevant, building adaptable skill sets, and exploring entrepreneurial paths. Students demonstrated a strong awareness of the demands of a rapidly evolving business and technology landscape. 

The session highlighted a few critical areas of focus. Moving beyond textbooks to real-world problem solving is essential for building practical capability. Developing cross-functional thinking across technology, business, and communication is becoming increasingly important. There was also a strong emphasis on execution, with the understanding that ideas create value only when they are implemented. Starting early through internships, projects, and small experiments emerged as a key differentiator. 

A central insight that resonated with students was that the true edge today lies in the ability to learn quickly, adapt effectively, and apply knowledge in dynamic environments.
