He is proficient in Hadoop Ecosystem, AWS Big Data Stack, Teradata, Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, Informatica, Mulesoft, Open-Source Technologies, and others.

Adept at building trusted stake holder partnerships, Anmol thrives in competitive, multi-region environments and enjoys developing and delivering business transformation, utilizing digital analytics and operational intelligence in structured as well as agile frameworks. She is a servant leader committed to coaching, mentoring, training and motivating high-performing teams and individuals to perform at peak capacity. In the past, she has worked for TNT Express (Now FedEx) serving healthcare majors like J&J and Medtronics to solve complex logistical problems. At her 5 year stint with Infosys Technologies, she consulted and led successful programs for a global electronics distribution giant and a leading Indian telecom major. On the personal front, Anmol is married to a Soldier and is a mother to a bright and energetic 8 year old girl. 

Results-driven IT professional with 25+ years of experience in building and supporting technology solutions to various application areas in Consumer & Investment Banking, Publishing, Airline Revenue Management, Healthcare, Cloud Computing.   He has successfully carried multiple responsibilities and worked in many countries like India, USA, New Zealand and UAE.  He holds excellent skills as a Delivery Leader for building and leading high-performance teams, forming strong relationships with stakeholders & end users.   In his career, he has worked with multiple MNCs such as Bank of America, LexisNexis, Air New Zealand, Johnson-&-Johnson etc.  Atul has extensive experience in building captive units, Risk Management and IT Training. He holds Master Degree in Computer Science from Pune University. 

Seasoned professional with 13 years of diverse experience in strategy, supply chain, operations, and business development across multiple industries including Health Care, Hospitality, Retail, and IT.   Holds a strong educational background with a B.Tech in Computer Science and a Management Graduate from prestigious institutions like NMIMS and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.   Demonstrated expertise in driving organizational growth and success through strategic planning, optimizing supply chain processes, and forging valuable partnerships, resulting in tangible business outcomes.

Irwing Dsouza, Vcreatek’s Director of Innovations & Emerging Technologies, leading team of professionals focused on strengthening Vcreatek in Areas of Cloud technologies, A.I., Statistical Analytics and Business Insights. Previously, Irwing led Vcreatek’s Advanced Analytics CoE, was responsible for the stewardship of Vcreatek AI and ML development, strategy, development, production and training. Before joining Vcreatek, Irwing held successive senior roles at Teradata, world leader in Analytics and Onward Technologies, and delivered advanced analytics projects for some of the most iconic brands, including AT&T, Wells Fargo and Target. Completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from university of Mumbai.

I specialize in fostering employee engagement, facilitating onboarding processes, managing skills, resolving conflicts, and making informed decisions. With a strong focus on leadership, strategic thinking, and effective problem-solving, I am dedicated to cultivating an inclusive workplace culture that contributes to organizational success.

Rakesh comes with 21+ years of experience and heads Global service delivery @vCreatek. He has a vast experience in managing large Data & Analytics engagements across multiple geographies and handled multiple Complex Digital Transformational projects, Application Development, Maintenance & Support engagements in Data & Analytics domain for marque clients in banking, retail and manufacturing industries. He comes with a strong Technology background with hands on experience/exposure to leading tools and technologies in Data Management, Data engineering, Business Intelligence and Advance Analytics area. Rakesh has proven pre sales and solutioning experience in handling RFI, RFPs and end-to-end proposals.

Accomplished Sales Professional with 18 years of experience in selling enterprise solutions, including ERP, analytics, digital, and customer experience platforms. Skilled in managing major enterprise accounts such as the Tata Group and various banking clients (IndusInd Bank, Yes Bank, Kotak Bank, Axis Bank, Utkarsh SFB), as well as leading asset management companies and insurance clients, driving sustainable business growth through both established and emerging opportunities.

Seshadri brings to the table extensive experience in supply chain management. He began his career at i2 Technologies, where he specialized in process consulting, solution implementation, pre-sales and training. He worked on an array of projects for several Fortune 500 companies across the FMCG, CE&CD, Automotive, Industrial, and Metal sectors. Seshadri also gained expertise at Dell for 7 years, where he played multiple roles – he designed planning solutions for the BTS supply chain, was in charge of replenishment and solution development for finished goods in APJ, and was also a program manager for implementation of Oracle VCP solutions. With a B.Tech. from IIT(Bombay) and an M.S (IE&OR) from the University of Cincinnati, Seshadri understands supply chains from a global perspective. His cross-functional experience spanning nearly two decades has sharpened his ability to understand and develop accurate solutions for every business problem.
