Gender Diversity – Maintaining a balance male to female ratio has resulted in enhanced productivity and flexibility needed for the smooth functioning of the organization. We have an approximate ratio of 5 Males to 2 Females.

^{Generation Diversity –} We hire senior folks who are more than 20-30 years of industry experience. Even though they are not completely versed with the latest technology, they bring a lot of maturity and experiences from life which helps in grooming the junior folks)

^{Educational Diversity –} Though we are technology company, but we hire people from diverse education background to the likes of Urban Planning Graduate, Micro-Biologist Graduate with specialisation in Genetics, Architecture Graduate, Diploma Holders from Vocational Training Colleges, Automotive Graduates, Chemistry & Physics Graduate,etc. )

 Inclusion of Specially-abled Candidates – We have a policy of train and hire at least one specially-abled person in every six month. Current count is 6 with 2 are full time and 4 still under paid training. Hiring specially-abled people has had a positive impact on our company culture and helped us on losing out on qualified talent.
